- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds:
- If you wish to return a product for a full refund without providing a valid reason, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived, and you will receive a full refund.

- You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
